Shipping Policy
At Zikr, we aim to dispatch your order promptly so you can enjoy your items as soon as possible.
Dispatch Times
- Orders placed Monday to Friday before 2:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or from Friday evening through Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday morning.
UK Delivery Options
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
- 1st Class Delivery: 1–2 working days
- Express Delivery: 1 working day (Saturday delivery available at an additional cost of £3)
International Delivery
- USA Standard: 5–7 working days
- USA Express: 1–2 working days
- Canada Standard: 7–10 working days
- Worldwide Standard: 5–7 working days
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and remain the responsibility of the customer.
- Zikr is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.
