Return Policy
At Zikr, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if something is not quite right, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided it meets the return criteria outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact.

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned unless they were faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

All returns must be authorised in advance by our Customer Service team.

Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied:

Opened Islamic essentials (e.g., oils, attars, or consumable items)

Used personal items (such as prayer mats, tasbih, or similar)

Any product where the seal or protective packaging has been broken
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@zikr.info. Kindly include photo or video evidence to help us resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email, and your refund will be processed.

Please note: original postage costs will be deducted from your refund, and buyers are responsible for the cost of returning items.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of approval.

If you do not receive your refund within 10 working days of our confirmation, please contact our Customer Service team.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please place a new order and return your original purchase for a refund.
